Additional Fees

1. Cleaning fee: Landlords will charge a one-time cleaning fee which covers the cleaning necessary at the end of Tenants’ stay.

2. Utilities fee: Utility fee is included up to US$100, if it goes over the US$100, the tenant will be liable for the difference.

3. Cable upgrade (per request): Landlord provides basic cable and internet. If a tenant would like to have additional channels during their stay an additional charge of US$75.00 - US$125.00 would be required.

4. Lost/Misplaced Keys: Please be advised that the landlord must collect all key sets provided at the end of the tenants’ stay. If for any reason the tenant loses key(s) or gets locked out and needs to get back into the apartment, there will be a surcharge of US$50.00 to cover expenses for key copies or locksmith if occurring outside of business hours (refer to lease for business hours)

5. Rent Late Fees – Please be advised that rent is due on the 5th of each month. Please make monthly rent payments with appropriate time to avoid being charged a late fee of US$50.00, which will be applied for each time that monthly rent is not received on or before the 5th of each month.

6. Pet Fees: US$350.

Can I order food delivery to my apartment?

Of course! The delivery person will either ring the doorbell for you to buzz them up or call to have you come down and meet them.

Can I order / receive packages?

Absolutely! Just be sure to include your apartment number in the mailing address so the package ends up in the right spot. If your package is small enough it will be stored in the mailbox. Larger packages will be left in the lobby or outside your door.

I can’t find my mail key. What do I do?

Have you tried looking in all drawers and cabinets, or even a hook on the wall? If it’s nowhere to be found, you can let them know and they will contact management to get and deliver a new copy.

Can I have guests over?

Sure thing! Please just be sure to keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during overnight and early morning hours. No parties! If you're having a slumber party and you need an air mattress, they can provide one for an additional one-time fee of $65. Please contact the property to arrange delivery.

Do they offer cleaning services?

Yes! They offer cleaning appointments for an additional cost. Service includes a full cleaning of the apartment and laundering of the sheets and towels. Personal laundry is included by request for an extra charge. Studio: $185 1 Bedroom: $200 2 Bedroom: $250 3 Bedroom: $280 Can I get extra supplies? (towels, soap, etc) They provide a starter kit of a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Replenishing the supplies is at your discretion.

One of the appliances isn’t working, can someone come and fix it?

Please reach out to the property with your address and description of the issue. Their office team will respond with maintenance availability and arrange a visit to troubleshoot the equipment. If it needs to be escalated to a technician, their office team will reach out and coordinate accordingly.

How late do they have until checkout?

Checkout is at 11AM. If you need a late checkout, please contact the property. Please note late checkout is subject to availability and incurs an additional cost.

Does the kitchen come equipped with basic cooking supplies?

Yes! The kitchen will be equipped with all the necessities needed. They do not offer equipment such as blenders, toaster ovens, air fryers, etc.

Is the sofa a pullout bed?

Some of their units do have pull-out sofas, as indicated in the unit description. If it's ever unclear, their booking team can clarify as you secure your apartment.

Was the building recently renovated?

All their apartments are kept at a high standard with routine maintenance being done in order to preserve the high quality they aspire to offer guests; this includes renovations when needed.

What is their cancellation policy?

The location of the trash disposal area is included in the check-in instructions. Please separate garbage and recycling, and do not leave garbage on the street. The super will take care of bringing out the garbage on the designated pickup day.
