1. More than 30 Days Before Move-in
Tenants who cancel their booking more than 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a 100% refund. This flexibility supports their changing needs while providing hosts enough time to find new bookings.
2. Within 30 Days of Move-in
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the move-in date, the first month's rent is charged, and the remaining months are refunded. 3. 48-Hour Cancellation Grace Period

1. If 60 Days Notice is Given: Tenant must pay for just one additional month’s rent if they provide at least 60 days' notice before leaving earlier than initially planned.
