As the leasing process is completed online, the Resident automatically receives an electronic copy of their lease agreement. Should the Resident have misplaced their lease, a new copy may be requested by sending an email to their Property Manager.

Yes, as a Resident you are allowed to proceed with a sublet or a lease assignment. To do so, you and the subtenant or assignee must sign the required forms and complete the payment of the administration fee. The subtenant or assignee must meet the minimum requirements needed to lease the properties. Please note that it is your sole responsibility, as a Resident, to find a subtenant or assignee.
Residents can submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal. When completing a maintenance request, please provide as many details as possible. For after-hours emergency, please call the emergency number provided on your Welcome Package.
Residents can request a rent receipt for tax purposes by sending an email to their property manager, which can be done directly through the Resident Portal.
They encourage their Residents to complete all rent payments by direct deposit or credit card through the Resident Portal. Residents can also pay by debit card at their Office, or provide them with cheques.
The rent is due and is required to be paid in full on the first (1st) of every month. Appropriate action will be taken should the rent not be paid on time.
