Booking Deposit

<p>1. <strong>One month's rent </strong>must be paid at the time of booking as deposit.</p> <p>2. Additionally, you will be required to pay an application fee of <strong>$50 </strong>per applicant &amp; one-time <strong>$200 </strong>administration fee at the time of booking.</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p>1. Rent must be paid monthly, in advance.</p> <p>2. It will be due on the 1st of the month.</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>1. The property requires you to have a guarantor at the time of booking.</p> <p>2. Guarantors must have a gross income 3x the rent and pass credit requirements (min 600).</p>

Additional Fees

<p>Utility Fee: <strong>$130/month </strong>due to landlord.</p> <p>Move out painting fee: <strong>$300.</strong></p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal and binding.</p>

Early termination by students

<p>If you want to terminate your contract early then you will need to provide a 60 day notice to the property.</p> <p><strong>Please note: </strong>The cost of early termination is 4 months of rent.</p>
