Payment and Fees
You have to pay $100 key deposit and last month’s rent deposit required. First month’s rent must be paid prior to moving in.

Guarantor must be over 18 yrs of age and receive 3x the monthly rent in income. All applicants must provide a guarantor from the US or Canada who meets the income requirements.
