What is a rental installment?

This refers to your monthly rent payment, which equals the full-term rent divided into equal portions. Rent is due on the 1st of each month —the property does not prorate.

What’s included in the monthly installment?

Your installment covers a fully furnished unit. Additional fees include a $15 Damage Waiver, $5 Valet Trash, and any optional add-ons like pet rent, garage parking, or storage.

How are utilities handled?

Residents get a $25 utility allowance. Any overage is split among cottage mates. A $5 trash valet and a $5.50 utility setup fee monthly are also included.
