They offer anywhere from a 3-13 month lease. Any leases shorter than 10 months will have a monthly short term premium charged in the amount of $200.

If referring to rent due dates, no. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and is considered late after the 5th of the month at which point a late fee of 10% of the rent will be incurred.

Breaking the lease would require a 60 day notice of move out, during which time the rent is due, in addition to a buy out fee of 2x the base rent due on their before the move out date.
