Their Temple University off campus housing consists of a range of different floor plans. The Junior 1 Bedroom apartments are great for those of you who value your privacy while our 2 or 3-4 bedroom apartments are perfect if you would like to room with some friends. If you are moving to Philadelphia for the first time and would still like to room with someone, speak to their building manager about their roommate matching program.

Payments can be paid online, or with a physical check or money order.
A guarantor must have a valid U.S. Social Security number to qualify. Residents who do not have a personal guarantor can apply through TheGuarantors as an alternative. Additionally, residents who prefer not to use a guarantor have the option to pay a two-month security deposit instead.
If you choose a furnished accommodation, there is an additional rent charge of $150 per bedroom or $300 for a one-bedroom unit.
