They cannot tell you not to have gatherings however, they ask all current and incoming tenants to be respectful of their neighbors and keep all gatherings to the minimum amount of people in apartments. Their buildings are sanitized and cleaned regularly. All apartments are fully cleaned and sanitized before any move in.

Where do my mail and packages go?

We have an Amazon Hub at the front entrance of the lobby. Simply register an account online using the link that will be sent to you from management and when your package is put in the room you will receive an email or text with a code to enter to retrieve your package.
