The guarantor is jointly and severally liable with the resident for any damage caused within the property, including breaches of internal regulations and damages caused by the resident’s guests, along with all payments required under the contract and its annexes. The property will inform the guarantor of any outstanding amounts owed by the resident as outlined in the relevant clauses. The guarantor remains responsible for any breach of obligations by the resident throughout the contract duration and any extensions. Additionally, the resident acknowledges and agrees that the property may share details of the agreement, internal regulations, and the resident’s conduct and behaviour with the guarantor.
