Booking Deposit

<p><strong>There is a set non-refundable application fee of $125.00<br> You might be required to pay a one time admin fee of </strong>$<strong>250.00, this amount can vary.</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Advance Rent (Non-Refundable)</strong>: The 30 nights of stay plus tax if the stay is 30 nights or over. If the stay is under 30 nights, the full amount is due upon booking.</p>

Security Deposit

<p>You have to pay $500 as the security deposit.</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p><strong>Cancel more than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund (all stays under a month).<br> Cancel less than 72 hours before check-in: 50% refund.<br> Monthly rate bookings: Cancel at least 7 days before to get full refund, otherwise 50% refund.</strong></p>

Early termination by students

<p><strong>A. **Stays Under 28 Nights.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply:</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>- If guest gives less than 72 hours notice of departure, no refund will be given for the unused nights.</p> <p>- If guest gives less then 7 days notice of departure, 50% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.</p> <p>- If guest gives less than 14 days notice of departure, 75% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.</p> <p>- If guest gives at least 14 days notice of departure, a full refund will be provided on the unused nights.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>B. **Stays 28 Nights and Over.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply.
