Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

Deferring Studies

Replacement Tenant Accepted

If the tenant wants to cancel the booking, they must find a replacement tenant; otherwise, they must remain responsible until the end of the tenancy.

A maximum of two animals per apartment is allowed, subject to prior approval. A refundable deposit of $200 and monthly pet rent of $20 per animal are required. Breed restrictions apply, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Guarantor Requirement

The applicant must have a combined monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent. A personal guarantor must have a combined income of at least 4 times the rent. The Guarantors (3rd-party guarantor service) is available for students who are unable to pass the screening criteria and do not have or do not want a personal guarantor. The Guarantors considers the tenant's credit and financial history when assessing their risk.
