Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
You must pay $150 the time of booking as a one-time fee. Deposits are refundable once the account is closed following approved lease termination under the Provisional Lease Termination Agreement Program.

Pay In Instalment
The individual term lease fee is payable in 12 instalments. Students may pay rent in full or through instalments. Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor may be required for students paying rent through instalments, particularly monthly payments. Students paying the full annual rent in a single payment before check-in usually do not require a guarantor.
