How do I pay rent?

To keep things simple, the total rent due to them needs to be paid monthly in advance in 12 equal payments as per the rental agreement. If you prefer, you may pay the total rent in full by one payment at the start of the tenancy period.

Can I pay rent by bank transfer?

You must pay your rent by direct bank transfer to the bank account details set out clearly in the rental agreement itself. Alternative payment options are listed in the rental agreement.

Are there any extra bills I have to pay?

This fee is a one-off, non-refundable €50 fee to cover the administration costs associated with processing your application to live with them.

Can I sublet my room for the summer?
