I was an international student in Evo for the fall semester. My experience there couldn't have been better. Awesome place with great facilities such as an indoor pool, game room, laundry room, or cool terraces where you can relax with your mates. The prices for the rooms might look high but it is totally worth it; big rooms with huge beds and private bathrooms ( that is a must). The best things about Evo are the provided activities by the residents which you can enjoy from a yoga class to cooking classes where you get to know a lot of people. Another thing to remark on is the kitchen, that's where you meet all your friends after a long day and where you pre-party with people from all over the world. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I highly recommend going to Evo during your stay in Montreal.

I've only good things to say about my experience at EVO! If you ask me why I chose this place, I was looking for something affordable in a nice neighborhood, with a bit of search I saw an ad about EVO and I was just amazed by the amount of services included in the lease! It started with an indoor pool, all-day security agent, gym, playroom, indoor parking, and all this downtown. At that point, I was pretty much caught so I called to get an appointment. The day I visited, I realized that I had access to everything within a 5 min walking distance, Clinic, Cinema, Old Port, Restaurant, Metro, Bus, Train, Fast food, Bars, Night clubs, Parks, and Work! Oh! And all furniture is included! They even clean your room for a little extra! I signed the same day!
