Rent can be paid on the following basis: - 1. One installment: If you choose to pay a single instalment for the entire amount, that single instalment is due August1st 2. Two instalments: If you decide to pay in two-semester instalments, those instalments are due August 1st and January 1st. 3. Twelve instalments: If you decide to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1st and the remaining eleven instalments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months Please note: These are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
