Provide proof of an annual gross income equal to at least two (2) times the total contract amount. Pass a credit screening conducted through the property's approved screening vendor. Meet any additional conditions if conditionally approved through the credit screening process. Have no negative rental history due to related debt or evictions within the past 5 years. Applicants without a qualifying guarantor must: Pay a security deposit equal to two (2) monthly instalments at contract signing. Provide proof of an annual gross income equal to at least three (3) times the total contract amount. Pass the property's credit screening requirements.
