Excellent place to call home! Ashley and her team are always very friendly and concerned about the residents' needs. Concierge staff is also very good. The prices are good for what you get and we will be getting even more after they finish remodeling the lobby and new storage room. The 22nd floor has been upgraded and so have all of the hallways. The new gym is great and the new lounge is also very nice. Lastly I gotta say that whenever you have an issue with something in your apartment the maintenance staff is always so quick to fix the issue. Keep up the good work guys, you're all doing very well. 😃

To date, very satisfied with the quality of life I enjoy as a HPTA resident. I applaud management for prompt service, professionalism, and their drive to innovate, and keep residents safe.

I'm not lying when I say that Hyde Park Towers is perhaps the best apartment complex for its value in Hyde Park. The staff are super friendly, including the manager and all the great folks at the front desk. The building always feels very secure, and any problems in my apartment are quickly resolved. The rent is good given the value you get from the rooms, view of Chicago, and the amenities provided.
