You may choose among the four approval methods we offer: security deposit, guarantor, guarantor waiver program, or self-qualification with proof of income. Only one of these options is required for approval.
The easiest way to provide your rent payment is through the resident portal, using Debit or Credit card
Guarantors may be accepted for applicants who do not meet the income requirements. If accepted, Guarantors must complete an application, must qualify showing income of at least 3-5 times the monthly rent.

No, utilities are not included in rent. Utilities are serviced through NEP, and the internet is provided by AT&T.

We offer a variety of lease terms ranging from 12 to 18 months. If you need other lease terms, be sure to reach out to our leasing team, and we may be able to accommodate.

Is the apartment complex pet-friendly?

What maintenance services are available?
We have a dedicated maintenance team on-site to handle repairs and inquiries. Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal or directly to the leasing office.
How are mail and packages handled?
Each unit has a designated mailbox, and residents have access to a secured package room.
Is guest parking available?
Guest parking is available via limited street parking along Jaeger Square in front of the community, with three-hour parking, as well as surrounding community streets. Guests may also have access to a garage spot if reserved by a current resident with access to the Parkade App.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal by bank transfer, e-check, credit/debit card, or through MoneyGram. We do not accept any in-person/cash payments.
Is rent prorated?
Yes. The total rent for the month of move in and move out is calculated by the number of days the unit will be occupied for that month from start of the lease to end of the lease.
Is renters' insurance required?
Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renter's insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.
What should I do in case of a maintenance emergency?
In the event of a maintenance emergency, residents should contact our 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline provided upon lease signing for immediate assistance.
