When Can I move in LivinnX?

During office hours, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm. Please remember that your rent payment must be submitted prior to move-in.

What is Included in the Rent ?

The price of the rent includes utilities: water, electricity, heating, waste collection, 24/7 security, video surveillance, WiFi, technical support in the apartment. Please remember that an additional fee of 150PLN is due monthly in addition to your rent installment for the unlimited use and cleaning of all common areas.

Who can live in LivinnX?

It can be any student of age who holds a valid student ID.

What Documents are necessary to sign a contract?

Identity document: national ID or passport. Additionally, a student ID (if you already hold a student status) or a confirmation of acceptance for studies.

Is Wifi Available in the Building?

Yes, WiFi is available throughout LivinnX.

Will There be any Additional Attractions?

Yes, the LivinnX team organizes events in the building. We support your passions, guarantee fun entertainment, and ensure that you will remember your stay in LivinnX as the time of your life!

What can I find in Gym and what are the hours of Operations?

The gym has high quality Technogym equipment with options for everyone, an exercise studio, and even a running track at your disposal! The LivinnX Team is going to prepare a program dedicated to the residents of the dormitory, which will include yoga classes and training under a qualified trainers supervision. The gym is available 24 hours a day, all days of the week.

What Time is the Sauna Available?

On weekdays, the sauna is available in the evenings from 7PM to 10PM, on weekends from 9AM to 11AM and from 7PM and 11PM. Additionally, you have a relaxation area and showers at your disposal.

Can I invite Guests?

Certainly! All guests must simply report to the reception desk to check in and receive an entrance pass. Guests may remain in the building until 10PM during the day. Up to three guests may visit you at the same time, and only one person may stay overnight. Overnight visits are possible up to three times per month.

What Should I bring for the Room?

Please bring bed linens and towels.

Can I bring Pet?

No, LivinnX is a pet free community.

What Should I do when Something breaks in the Room?

All damages should be reported to the LivinnX Team.

Is there an age limit for booking ?

They only accept bookings if you are over 18, with the exception of properties in Scotland where you must be 16 or over. This is due to the legally binding tenancy agreement that every tenant is required to sign when living They also can only accept people in full time education.

Do you provide female only accommodation?

They do provide female only accommodation in some of their schemes but it is not guaranteed that this will be possible. Please speak to the site team to find out more information.

Can I choose who I live with?

They are more than happy to accommodate groups as well as individuals. Where youre not booking in a group,they understand your flat mates will be key to your experience so when you book as an individual, they will ask you a series of questions to help us to match you with the perfect flatmates.

Is there always a member of staff available?

Their standard office hours are between 10am-5pm. Out-of-office hours are also supported by emergency contacts.

Can I bring my own electrical equipment for cooking, i.e. rice cooker?

No they do not advise you to bring your own electrical cooking equipment for health and safety reasons.

Who cleans the room and the communal area?

The students are responsible for their own rooms and communal kitchen within the flat. All other rooms and communal areas are cleaned by the site cleaner.

What happens if I don’t get on with my new flatmates? Can I swap rooms?

If you are having any issues please contact the Accommodation team in the first instance, they will do all they can to help. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to move you; however they would look to resolve any issues with you all.
