Booking Deposit
The last month’s rent must be paid to secure the room. The last rent amount is paid at the time of booking to hold the room. The first month’s rent is due before moving in. The first rent payment grants access to the room and keys upon payment.
Pay In Instalment
Rent payments are scheduled every 4 weeks. A payment plan will be generated and appended to the housing agreement. Example: For a 12-week stay at $275 per week, rent is paid in 3 installments of $1,100 each.
Guarantor Requirement
Proof of a guarantor refers to evidence that a parent, spouse, relative or another person has agreed to act as guarantor for the tenancy. A guarantor commits to paying the Resident’s debts if the Resident is unable to make payment
Additional Fees
A service fee of CA$200 is applicable. A key deposit of CA$300 is applicable.
