A $2,000 deposit is required at the time of application. The deposit is adjusted against the resident’s last month’s rent. The deposit is fully refundable if the application is not completed or approved.

All funding must be personal and verifiable and must be held in the guarantor's name, not a business name. The guarantor must have a positive credit history, as a credit check is conducted. International guarantors are accepted.
