Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose my roommates?

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book with us. Please note that this is subject to availability, so it is best to book early to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to make a deposit?

Yes, and the deposit pays part of the damage, where applicable. This reservation deposit is refundable until a specific date, established in the contract that was sent to you.

Do you offer women only accommodation?

Yes, if you prefer to have a flat or a double room and share it only with people of the same gender, talk to our residence support team when you book with us. This is subject to demand and the availability of the apartments, so we recommend that you get in touch as soon as possible.

What is a guarantor and why do I need one?

A guarantor is someone who agrees to pay your rent if you can't. For example, one of your parents or a close relative. If you can't meet your rent payments, talk to your support team. We will only contact your guarantor to pay the rent as a last resort, if you cannot fulfill the rental agreement.

What do I do if I am an international student and I do not have a guarantee?

If you are an international student and would like to pay your rent in installments, you will need a guarantor who resides in Spain. If this is not possible, you can reserve a room; but you will have to pay the annual sum of your rent in advance.
