Do I need an apartment locator to rent an apartment?

No, a locator is not needed to rent an apartment. Their leasing staff will happily assist you in selecting the community that best fits your needs.

What floor plans do you have?

They have a wide range of floor plans from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Many of their floor plans also accommodate double-occupancy bedrooms for those who prefer to share with a roommate to lower your housing costs. In double-occupancy bedrooms, there are two sinks in the bathroom vanity and a closet for each occupant. All of their apartments have bedroom/bathroom parity.

Do you lease by the apartment or bedroom?

They lease by the bedroom regardless of whether you rent with friends or not. Each resident in a bedroom signs a separate lease.

What are the hours of the fitness center?

The fitness center is open 24/7 to all residents of the management. 

Are you on the UT shuttle route?

Yes, the West Campus bus route has stops all around their six communities. However, they are so close, it’s often faster to walk.
