Yes, all apartments at this property management have a furniture package that includes a full-size XL bed, 2 stackable dressers in each bedroom, plus a sofa, an arm chair, coffee table and entertainment stand in each living room. Plus, all residences also include a dining table and chairs.

When do the contracts start and end?

The standard term is August 14, 2025 to July 22, 2026, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Other alternate dates are available.

Is a co-signer or financial guaranty required?

Each resident must pay an administrative fee for each contract year. This fee is reduced significantly if the resident provides a qualifying guarantor (often a parent) for their financial obligations under Housing Agreement.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Redpoint also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.

Will my financial aid cover charges at Property?

Your living costs at property can be covered by financial aid, just like on-campus housing. Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at the property. Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.

Is property open to non-students?

Nearly all the residents are students at University of Florida or Santa Fe Community College and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind. The accommodation is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students and residents with children, at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space selected by the resident.
