If for any reason you are unhappy with your apartment home during the first 30-days of residency, and you wish to move, please notify us and we will regretfully, but cheerfully, terminate your lease and refund you your security deposit, minus any rent paid and/or charges for damages. You will have to move out within 30-days of the date on the written notice, and have paid for a full 30 days rent and fees (plus any additional days). If you move out before the first 30 days, rent and fees will not be refunded.

We appreciate the brand loyalty! To transfer to another CWS community you will need to have fulfilled one-half of your current lease contract, give a 30-day notice to vacate, pay a $500 transfer fee, pay a new security deposit and application fees.
