Pets are welcome upon approval, with no breed or weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per home is allowed.

• One-time non-refundable pet fee: $400 per pet
• Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
• Vaccination proof: All animals must have current vaccination records

Service and Assistance Animals:
Strategic Properties accommodates service and assistance animals in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. No additional deposit, rent, or fee will be charged for such animals.

Pet Screening -

The community uses PetScreening, a secure third-party service for managing pet information. All applicants must complete one of the following before final approval:

• A pet profile for each pet ($25 by credit card or $20 by ACH)
• A no pet/no animal profile ($0)
• An assistance animal accommodation request ($0)

Your completed PetScreening profile is automatically shared with management for review.
