This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

What’s included in the rent?

The rent covers more than just accommodation. It includes many amenities and utilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a cable package with access to the SEC Network, allowing residents to watch Missouri Tigers games off-campus. Trash, sewer, and water are included. Electricity is paid by the property and billed individually to each resident, removing the need to split or collect utility payments from roommates.

Do apartments come furnished?

Yes. Apartments are fully furnished with thoughtfully selected, modern furniture. The living area includes a contemporary couch or sectional sofa, media stand, and coffee table. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed featuring a memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, a desk, and a desk chair. Kitchen islands are equipped with contemporary barstools for seating.

What is an individual lease?

An individual lease means each resident signs their own lease and makes payments separately. Residents are only responsible for their own rent and are not held liable if a roommate fails to pay.

Will I need a co-signer?

In most cases, only the resident is required to sign the lease. However, if the applicant does not meet certain background or credit requirements, a co-signer (guarantor) may be required to complete a guaranty form.
