Bedrooms are furnished with a bed featuring a memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, a desk, and a desk chair. Kitchen islands are equipped with contemporary barstools for seating.

An individual lease means each resident signs their own lease and makes payments separately. Residents are only responsible for their own rent and are not held liable if a roommate fails to pay.

In most cases, only the resident is required to sign the lease. However, if the applicant does not meet certain background or credit requirements, a co-signer (guarantor) may be required to complete a guaranty form.
