Although they are sure that you will collaborate by taking out the garbage every day, using the dishwasher and if there is no dishwasher washing your dishes and cutlery, that you will keep your room very clean and keep all the common areas clean and tidy after use, there is a weekly cleaning service of the common areas included in the monthly rent. When you make your reservation they issue a contract lease, therefore, you can register with the city hall if your contract is for at least 6 months. When you arrive at their offices you can ask them  questions about how to carry out the procedure.

To extend your contract, you must access the tenant portal and request an extension of your reservation. Their colleagues will contact you to confirm it and any changes that may arise from the previous contract.

Arrival is the most beautiful moment to get to know each other. Arrivals will take place from Monday to Friday from 09.30h to 18.00h in their building depending on the city. Valencia Check-ins take place from Monday to Thursday from 15:00h - 17:00h and on Fridays from 12:00h - 14:00h at Carrer del Matemàtic Marzal, 1. (On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, no keys are handed out and no check-ins take place. If you have chosen any of these days as check-in date, you will have to wait until the next working day to check-in your room) You can request the formalization of the rental contract directly at the flat with an extra cost of 35 € during working hours from 09:30h to 19:00h from Monday to Friday, holidays not included. The room must be vacated at the end of the contract.
