The nearest metro is 5 minutes’ walk, and the bus stop is 1 minute walk. The area has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, cinemas, theatres, cafes, a library and public transport within easy reach. And 5 minutes’ walk from Calle Comte Borrell, recognized by Time Out as one of the best on the planet.  All expenses are included in the price of the apartment: Utilities, household waste tax, unlimited Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of common areas. This private room comes fully equipped with a desk and chair, bedside table, mirror, lamp, and wardrobe. Please note that the bed includes only a mattress cover—sheets and pillows are not provided. The property offers weekly cleaning of common areas, maintenance services on request, the possibility of changing rooms or apartments within our portfolio, and assistance with empadronamiento (local registration). A minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 12 months are required, with the option to renew. All costs must be paid via bank transfer before check-in, and utilities (€95) are included in the rent. Please note that couples, pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed. To secure your booking, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent plus utilities is required, refundable after check-out. Additionally, there is a one-time photographic inventory fee (€64.15) to guarantee the deposit refund, an admin fee (€453.75), and a check-out fee (€114.95). A photo ID or passport and bank details are required for the deposit refund at the end of your contract. Check-in times are Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (free), with additional fees for early, late, weekend, or holiday check-ins. After completing your reservation, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord containing all the necessary information and instructions. It is very important to provide the correct phone number and email to avoid losing your booking. Full payment and the required documents must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, an additional €181.50 will be charged for last-minute contracts. Bookings made on the same day require check-in at least 48 hours later. Contracts are processed on a biweekly basis, meaning if you check in after the 20th of the month, you must also pay for the following month to avoid double payments. As this is an online booking platform, exchanging personal contact details or arranging in-person visits is not possible. The flat is available for 32 days to 11 months.  Perfect studio in El Raval, 5 minutes from the Liceu, Universitat or Sant Antoni metro stop. El Raval is the most colorful district of Barcelona where you will find excellent restaurants, bars but also cultural wonders. The most famous and, say, the MUST SEE in Barcelona is the market "La Boqueria" which is only 5 minutes from this apartment.  The flat has been fully renovated with brand new furniture, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to start living. The living room is very bright as well as the double bedroom.  Don't hesitate to contact us for a visit!.  Please, note that we charge 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once on or before the check-in date. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together  DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.  BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you  CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm) 2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments) 3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
