Cooling Off Period

Up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding booking fees). Up to 14 days before check-in: one-week penalty, remaining amount refunded (excluding booking fees). Up to 7 days before check-in: two-week penalty, remaining amount refunded (excluding booking fees). Less than 7 days or early check-out: no refund. Note: Refunds are processed within 90 calendar days.

If a student’s visa application is rejected after payment has been received, all tuition fees are refunded, excluding non-refundable fees such as enrollment fees, deposits, booking fees, visa fees, admin fees, bank fees, courier fees, and third-party fees. Note: Refunds are processed within 90 calendar days.

Early termination by students

Withdrawal is defined as the termination of a course after it has started. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the School Director. No tuition fees will be refunded once the course has commenced.

Other cancellation policies

Cancellation refund structure for tuition fees: 30 days prior to course start date: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable fees). 14 days prior to course start date: 50% refund (excluding non-refundable fees). 7 days prior to course start date: 20% refund (excluding non-refundable fees). Less than the above timeframes: no refund.

Payment and Fees

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 4 weeks of the selected room type is required. Timing: at the contract stage (before booking confirmation).

Pay In Instalment

Full course and visa fees must be paid four weeks before course start date. If paid less than four weeks before start date, visa issuance and start date are not guaranteed and may be deferred.
