Water is submetered and you will pay for your actual usage. This will already be set up when you move in and your water bill will be conveniently added to your account each month.

I moved into Stone Hill a month ago, and so far, I have zero complaints. The staff and other residents have all been friendly, parking is never an issue, the unit itself is gorgeous, and I haven't had to walk to the dumpster once, thanks to the valet trash service.

Stonehill has really nice apartments and spacious units, and the complex is private and secure. Located less than minutes away from fire departments, Police stations, schools, churches, food, and shopping. Good area for walking or biking. Maybe minutes from the lake and several neighbourhood parks & trails. Stonehill has great staff, and they’re nice and patient. Maintenance is quick and efficient.
