Payment and Fees
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €1,110 is required. €110 of the €1,110 amount is allocated to final cleaning.
Pay In Instalment
Rent must be paid monthly in advance. The first month’s rent must be paid by bank transfer before moving in. Rent must be paid on time by the first of each month.
Mode Of Payment
SEPA direct debit is preferred whenever possible. Bank transfer is accepted. International wire transfer is accepted.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor's minimum annual income is €36,000. Third-party guarantees from a German bank or insurance company are accepted.
Additional Fees
Final cleaning fee: €110 including VAT. The final cleaning fee covers thorough cleaning of the apartment after departure. Disposal of items left behind that are unsuitable for general waste is charged separately. Tourism tax: €2 per night per person, provided that neither a primary nor secondary residence is registered in studiomuc and proof is submitted to the reservation team by email. Underground parking: €150 per month.
