Units are fully furnished with modern furniture, 55″ smart TVs, in-unit washers and dryers, and full stainless steel appliance packages which include garbage disposals and dishwashers. In the community spaces at The Academy Chorro, you’ll find a rooftop terrace, an open-air courtyard with a grill and TV, study rooms, recreational areas, and a top tier gym. What is an Individual Housing Contract?

At Academy65, residents have the opportunity to be responsible for themselves without having to worry about accepting responsibility on behalf of their roommates. We offer individual housing contracts in which residents are responsible for monthly installment payments for their individual bedrooms only. Residents are not held liable if their roommate fails to submit monthly installments, or moves out of their apartment before the housing contract ends. How Long is the Housing Contract?

They want to make everything as easy as possible for residents. That’s why we offer individual housing contracts that span 12 months.

How Do I Pay My Monthly Installments?

Residents can pay their monthly installments either online, using our easy resident portal, or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. For ultimate convenience, residents can also set up automatic payments through our portal so they never miss a payment.

Does Academy65 have a staff On-Site?

Yes! They want to make sure our residents are completely taken care of. To make their lives easier, we employ a well-qualified team of management and maintenance professionals on-site. We even have a 24/7 maintenance staff available in case of an emergency.

Are Roommate Matching Services Available?

Yes! They offer complimentary roommate-matching services for students new to Sacramento. The process is simple — residents fill out a detailed questionnaire asking about their lifestyle preferences, hobbies, and habits, and our team matches them with another resident whose answers align. Do I Require a Guarantor?

Yes. All of our residents must have guarantors for their individual housing contracts in order to make sure all financial obligations can be met.
