Cancellation Policies

Early termination by students

There is no option to cancel during the lease term. Residents should refer to their lease agreement for specific terms.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If arrival is delayed by more than 1 hour, residents must inform Outpost Club in advance. Regular check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Night check-in (after 9:00 p.m.) is available for an additional $40. Late check-in (12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) is subject to availability and incurs a $70 fee. Early check-in (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) is subject to availability.

Other cancellation policies

No cancellation is permitted during the lease term. Security deposit is refunded within 15 days after departure, subject to the property's move-out process.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Deferring Studies

If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

Payment and Fees

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required to reserve a room. The security deposit must be paid before move-in as part of the reservation process. The security deposit is refunded within 15 days after departure. Refund method: US residents: Refunded via mailed check. International residents: Refunded to the original payment method. Qira payments: Refunded back to the Qira account.

Pay In Instalment

Rent is billed monthly. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If moving in after the 1st of the month: The first invoice covers one full month from the move-in date. The second invoice is prorated until the end of the calendar month. Future invoices follow the standard monthly billing cycle.

Mode Of Payment

Payments are made through electronic invoices sent by email. Payments can be made using electronic payment methods. Auto-Charge (automatic monthly payment) is available. Residents may opt out of Auto-Charge by contacting customer support.

Guarantor Requirement

Yes, you need a Guarantor, and the property has also partnered with TheGuarantors to make it easier for you to qualify.

Additional Fees
