If you break the lease you are responsible for the full amount of the lease but the property will attempt to mitigate the cost by finding new tenants. If they are unable to find replacement tenants you are liable for the full amount of the lease. There is a <strong>$500 fee </strong>if they allow you to break the lease and completely replace your group with new tenants. This fee will be deducted from the Security deposit paid and will cover their administrative expenses.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>You won’t be released from the Lease Contract for any reason, including, but not limited to, voluntary or involuntary school withdrawal or transfer, voluntary or involuntary job transfer, marriage, separation, divorce, reconciliation, loss of co-residents, loss of employment or bad health.</p>
