Applicant will have 48 hours to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee. A full refund of Security Depositand Administration Fee will be processed if Applicant or Co-Applicant isdenied. The Security Deposit can be retained by them as liquidated damages if you fail to sign your lease contract within 7 days or fail to attempt to cancel within 48 hours of application.
