They also included $25/bedroom/mo. of electricity in your rate. If your apartment goes over, then it is split evenly and will be paid through an account with Simple Bills. If your apartment stays under, it is split equally and the credit will carry over to next month. In North Carolina, they legally have to use a 3rd party billing company (Simple Bills) for electricity. Since they auto enroll you, they charge a $3.75 fee every month. Less bills = less stress!
