Will I Need a Guarantor for My Lease?

Their Resident Housing Contracts are installment based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you’ve chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments are due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.

They have fully furnished apartments here at The Warehouse to ensure convenient and stress-free moves! Their modern furniture package consists of a sofa, side chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, dining table & chairs, desk, desk chair, full-size bed and four-drawer dresser.

What's included in the rate?

They want your living experience to be as worry free as possible. Newly upgraded WIFI & Cable, water, trash, and sewer are all included in that rate. They also included $25/bedroom/mo. of electricity in your rate. If your apartment goes over, then it is split evenly and will be paid through an account with Simple Bills. If your apartment stays under, it is split equally and the credit will carry over to next month. In North Carolina, they legally have to use a 3rd party billing company (Simple Bills) for electricity. Since they auto enroll you, they charge a $3.75 fee every month. Less bills = less stress!
