A guarantor is standard for student applicants. Requirements include a valid SSN, U.S. residency, age 25+, and income verification (4x the rent). For those who do not have a personal guarantor, the LEAP Guarantor Waiver Program is available for an additional fee.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is equal to two months' rent and must be paid at the time of lease signing.
