You can pay monthly, semesterly, or the full term in advance! There is a 3% discount when paying the full lease value upfront. In order to receive this discount the total contract value must be paid on or before the start of the lease.

Their Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager go through each and every roommate preference profile when assigning roommates to those in need.
