You also have access to all of their amenities: 14 study rooms, gym, movie lounge, rec room, music room, art room, and basketball court.

I see that you require a guarantor to lease in your building. What does this mean?

Once you are committed to property, they require all residents to name a guarantor on their Leasing application form (must be over 18 years of age). This guarantor will be required to sign a form and provide two pieces of identification. This person must be aware that should this resident fail to pay their monthly rent, they are entitled to ask their guarantor for the outstanding balance owed to property.

How do I secure my unit?
