Yes, as a Resident you are allowed to proceed with a sublet or a lease assignment. To do so, you and the subtenant or assignee must sign the required forms and complete the payment of the administration fee. Residents can submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal. When completing a maintenance request, please provide as many details as possible. For after-hours emergency, please call the emergency number provided on your Welcome Package.
Residents can request a rent receipt for tax purposes by sending an email to their property manager, which can be done directly through the Resident Portal.
