The community includes members from all over the world with a wide range of professions. Most members are between 25–35 years old, but age is considered just a number. The management values diversity and promotes an environment where residents can meet people from different backgrounds and broaden their horizons.
All apartments and rooms are fully furnished, equipped, and decorated to be completely ready for residents to move in and immediately feel at home. In the living rooms, residents will find a cozy lounge area with a TV for socializing and watching films. Dining areas are set up for shared meals, and kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories, including utensils, cutlery, vases, mixers, toasters, plates, pans, cups, hairdryers, steam irons, and more. Private rooms are also fully furnished and decorated, including a comfortable bed with a duvet and pillows and plenty of storage space. Almost all rooms include a desk and chair (if not, this will be mentioned on the website). Rooms are decorated with lighting, rugs, and art to ensure they feel welcoming from day one.
While the community would love to show the homes, they prioritize the privacy of current members and therefore do not offer viewings. Instead, they provide detailed photos and 3D floor plans on their website to help residents get a clear idea of the space. Any specific questions can be addressed via email or call. High-quality standards are guaranteed across all apartments, which are carefully selected and furnished in a beautiful Nordic style.
The main purpose is to create an environment where people feel at home with their housemates and have opportunities to build authentic, long-lasting relationships. To encourage connections, the community sponsors activities, including a welcome dinner each time a new member moves in. Throughout the year, various events are hosted either by the management or by members themselves. Residents also get exclusive access to the community app to join or start interest groups and connect with other members both locally and internationally.
The app allows residents to engage with each other and the community team. It includes features to find, comment on, like, and create events hosted by the management and members. Residents can communicate with housemates in their house group and reach out to the operations team directly via chat for feedback or updates.
Unfortunately, the apartments are not suitable for families with children.
While pets are loved, there are currently no animal-friendly apartments available.
