Cancellation Policies

Cooling Off Period

Full refund is available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days after booking confirmation and at least one calendar month before the Check-In Date. No refund is available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days after booking confirmation or less than one calendar month before the Check-In Date.

Early termination by students

The Contracting Party may cancel the stay during the term by paying a cancellation fee equivalent to three months' rent. If the remaining stay is shorter than three months, the cancellation fee equals the rent fee for the remaining period. The rent fee already paid for the month of cancellation is not refunded. Payment of the cancellation fee does not allow the Guest to remain in the room after the confirmed adjusted Check-Out Date.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

Late arrival or early departure during the month of the Check-In Date or Check-Out Date does not result in a refund. Any unpaid rent fees remain payable in full.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

A Student Takeover is available as an alternative to paying the cancellation fee. The outgoing student must find another student to take over the Hotel Agreement under the same conditions. The replacement student must also be registered as a student at the university. The takeover can start only from the 1st of a month. At least 30 days are required to process the takeover. Booking Deposit

A deposit equal to 1 month's rent fee is required when booking.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is equal to 30.5 × the nightly rate, approximately one month's rent fee.

Monthly payment is available. Each payment is due every 1st of the month.
