Full refund is available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days after booking confirmation and at least one calendar month before the Check-In Date. No refund is available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days after booking confirmation or less than one calendar month before the Check-In Date.

Early termination by students
The Contracting Party may cancel the stay during the term by paying a cancellation fee equivalent to three months' rent. If the remaining stay is shorter than three months, the cancellation fee equals the rent fee for the remaining period. The rent fee already paid for the month of cancellation is not refunded. Payment of the cancellation fee does not allow the Guest to remain in the room after the confirmed adjusted Check-Out Date.

Replacement Tenant Accepted
A Student Takeover is available as an alternative to paying the cancellation fee. The outgoing student must find another student to take over the Hotel Agreement under the same conditions.
