Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something breaks or doesn't work in your apartment. Simply fill out a maintenance request form and hand it in at reception.

Units that have a gym are equipped with free weights and/or strength-training machines, cardio machines, and yoga mats. Some of our homes also have fitness rooms with more specialized equipment or dance and yoga studios!

Can I have packages delivered to my building?

Our reception team is always on hand to take your packages and signed shipments so you don't miss a delivery. We'll also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for pickup.

Can we get a cleaner?

In some of our student apartments, the kitchen and living area are cleaned weekly or bi-weekly, but in others you have to maintain your common areas and rooms yourself. All of our common areas are cleaned regularly.

How secure is the bicycle storage room?

Most of our bike storage facilities are located within our secure buildings, so only residents have access. However, in some halls of residence, our bicycle parking spaces are located off campus and away from the main roads if possible. In any case, we recommend a secure bicycle lock for additional security.

Is there student parking on site?

Can I move in before the start of the contract?

In many cases we can accommodate early move-in at a daily rate, but you will need to check this with the residence team.

What documents do I need to check in?

When you check in with us, we require a copy of your ID. We also recommend that you bring a printed copy of your rental agreement with you and the guarantee forms you have signed.

When can I arrive on the moving-in day?

Some of our properties allow you to move in anytime on certain days, while others have a time slot. We will be in touch with you shortly before your move-in date to give you more information!

Where can I park while unpacking?

As your move-in date approaches, we'll contact you to let you know where you can park nearby to unload your belongings. Is it okay if I arrive outside opening hours on the day I move in? How secure is the property?

Most entrances to our accommodation are access controlled and under video surveillance 24 hours a day and all apartment doors are key controlled. We also strive to always have a team on site should you ever need additional support.

Is home insurance included?

Yes, contents insurance is included with your rental agreement, so your belongings are protected during your stay with us. You will receive more information about this upon check-in.

Is the building regularly checked for fire protection?

The safety of our students is very important to us. We conduct regular fire alarm tests and fire safety inspections in all of our residences. International Students

Can I stay over the summer holidays?

Some of our student residences offer summer rentals as well as lease extensions, but this is subject to availability. For more information, please contact your dormitory team or find out more here.

What do I do if I have booked a room but cannot get a visa?

Please contact your support team who can cancel or reschedule your rental agreement, whichever is best for you.

Do I have to bring my own bed linen?

Yes - we do not provide linens in our apartments as we find that students like to personalize their rooms. Please note that this may vary for summer bookings. Contact our accommodation teams for more information!

Will I be picked up from the airport?

Unfortunately we do not offer airport pick up service for international students. You must take care of your own arrival and departure.We normally only accept full-time students, but we may be able to accommodate you.
