Security Deposit
To book a room you need to pay security deposit of $500
Booking Deposit
1. Once the application is approved, the student can pay the holding deposit and guarantee their place. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. Also, before moving in, the student needs to pay a $250 (one-time placement fee) and the first month’s rent.
