    No cooling-off period is available. Once the lease agreement is signed, it is legally binding.
  • Early termination by students
    Lease break is permitted subject to the property's lease break policy. The resident forfeits the security deposit upon breaking the lease. The resident remains liable for rent until the end of the lease term unless the room is re-rented or an approved replacement tenant is found.
  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    If the property successfully re-rents the room, the resident is no longer liable for the remaining rent but forfeits the security deposit. If the resident finds an approved replacement tenant, the security deposit is refunded, and the resident is no longer liable for the remaining rent.
