Do you have any alternatives for a security deposit?

Yes,they do have a Deposit Free Living Program to help offset the up-front cost to rent and you dont need to freeze the big amount while you are living at here.

What type of payment do you accept?

They accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, PayPal, and ACH Payment via Bank Transfer for the first months and deposit. Starting the second month they ask that you switch to ACH Payment via Bank Transfer as a default payment method. You still can request payment with your credit card or PayPal, but a convenience fee of 4% will be added to your invoice.

They make it super easy to move in. Once you sign your lease, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming your membership. They will include instructions for getting to the home and the procedure for making contact with the house leader who will welcome you to your new home.

How my move-in process will look like?
